Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per request. v13r is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes. No processing fees are charged by v13r for standard withdrawals. The relevant financial institution or e-wallet operator may impose their own charges, which are outside the control of v13r.
Important Withdrawal Conditions: All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the same member's name. v13r reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.

Members also have the right to request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team v13r. Once an account closure request is received, any valid credit balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method used.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, v13r reserves the right to forfeit all credit balances, bonuses, and winnings held in the account in question, and to block re-registration using the same information.
v13r shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if v13r had been informed of the possibility of such losses.
Overall Liability v13r to any member for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount actually deposited by that member into their account v13r within 30 days prior to the claim arising.
v13r is not liable for any damage, loss, or disruption caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet failures, power outages, natural disasters, or actions by unauthorised third parties.
The collection, use, and protection of members' personal information v13r is governed entirely by v13r Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the manner in which we collect and use your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.
In summary, v13r only collects information necessary for platform operations, identity verification, financial transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service communications.
